With a goal of developing an online patient booking application that would integrate with various calendars and provide users with a calendar that can schedule multiple health services, our team developed a comprehensive online scheduler to streamline and enhance the process of scheduling patient appointments for simple to multidisciplinary clinics. We developed a range of features and functionality to benefit both healthcare providers and patients, improving convenience, efficiency, and patient engagement.

• Appointment Scheduling: The software allows patients to view available time slots and schedule appointments online, based on their preferences and the provider’s availability. It provides a user-friendly interface that simplifies the booking process.

• Real-Time Availability through Integration: Patients can see real-time schedule availability of healthcare professionals, reducing the likelihood of double-bookings and ensuring accurate scheduling.  We were able to integrate the with various EMRs and other Practice Management applications to pull appointment information.

• Patient Portal: A dedicated patient portal allows patients to create accounts, manage their appointments, view medical history, and update personal information, promoting patient engagement and self-service.  Patients have the ability to sit in a Virtual Waiting Room and communicate with the receptionist while waiting for their Virtual Appointment.

• Automated Reminders: The software sends automated appointment reminders via email, SMS, or push notifications, reducing no-show rates and improving overall scheduling efficiency.

• Customizable Intake Forms: Patients can complete digital intake forms at the time of booking their appointment online prior to their appointments, allowing them to provide relevant medical information and history in advance.

• Calendar Integration: The software can integrate with popular calendar platforms, and other Practice Management applications (i.e., EMRs) allowing providers to seamlessly sync their schedules across devices and platforms.

• Multi-Provider Support & Schedules: The software can manage the schedules of multiple healthcare professionals within a practice, making it suitable for healthcare organizations with various specialties and services.

• Integration with EMR/EHR Systems: Integration with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems ensures that appointment data is seamlessly shared between scheduling systems and reducing duplication of information.

• Reporting and Analytics: The software offers insights into appointment trends, patient behavior, and overall clinic performance, enabling data-driven decisions.

• Multi-Channel Booking: Patients can schedule appointments via various channels, such as a website, mobile app, or even a chatbot, enhancing accessibility and convenience.

Venture Tech Health developed a Health Risk Assessment software application that provided users with an interface to an established and proven HRA.

Consumers logged into the portal and paid to complete the HRA.  The HRA results are presented in a clean and easy to understand report that provides users with recommendations and infomration on thier current health condition. is stored in our system so users can monitor their overall health over time.

The software architecture was developed according to the customers needs and within the restrictions of Wellsource’s API requirements.

The core functionality of the software involves gathering patient information, such as medical history, lifestyle factors, and existing health conditions. The HRA tools are embedded within the software, and patients can complete assessments through user-friendly interfaces. The software automatically processes the gathered data and generates comprehensive health risk reports for healthcare providers and patients to review and use.

Our telemedicine app is an innovative platform that redefines remote healthcare delivery by seamlessly integrating a live translator (over 200 languages) feature and a virtual waiting room. This comprehensive solution ensures effective communication between healthcare providers and patients, regardless of language barriers, while optimizing the patient experience.

The core feature of the app is its telemedicine functionality, allowing patients to schedule appointments, connect with healthcare professionals, and receive medical consultations from the comfort of their own homes. The app’s user-friendly interface enables patients to choose their preferred language, ensuring a personalized experience.

The live translator feature serves as a vital bridge for overcoming language challenges. The live translator can be connected to any appointment no matter where you are and is connected to your call within a minute. As the healthcare provider speaks, the translator instantly translates their words into the patient’s language, and vice versa. This fosters clear communication, ensuring accurate diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and patient understanding.

The virtual waiting room feature enhances the patient journey by simulating the in-person waiting experience. Patients enter the virtual waiting room prior to their scheduled appointment time. Here, they can receive updates on their queue status and estimated wait time. This feature helps manage patient expectations and reduces the risk of missed appointments, promoting a smooth and organized telemedicine process.

From a technical standpoint, the app employs secure video conferencing technology to ensure private and PHIPA-compliant telehealth sessions. Data encryption and stringent security protocols safeguard patient information throughout the consultation.

The app is designed for both healthcare providers and patients, with profiles for each. Healthcare providers have access to their schedules, patient history, and notes. Patients can view their appointment history, prescription details, and securely store medical records.

Venture Tech Health has developed application which integrate with healthcare IoT (Internet of Things) devices, specifically related to diabetes management.

This application was for IoT diabetes that seamlessly integrates wearable devices, continuous glucose monitors, insulin pumps, and other IoT-enabled equipment for Diabetes. This comprehensive solution empowers individuals living with diabetes to monitor their blood glucose levels, insulin dosages, and other vital metrics in real time. Through intuitive user interfaces and data visualization, patients can make informed decisions about their treatment plans, enhancing their quality of life and reducing the risk of complications.
